Return Instructions

1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).

2. Include a note with the following details:

your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.

3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app

4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"

5. Fill in the recipient details:

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.

6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.

At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Die Tasche ist aus echtem Leder gefertigt. Der „Block“ verfügt über genügend Innenraum, um alles unterzubringen, was Sie für einen Spaziergang oder einen Ausflug benötigen. Ein Hauptfach und eine Tasche sind vorhanden. Wird mit einem Reißverschluss geschlossen.

Nach Ihrer Wahl kann die Tasche mit antiken oder vernickelten Beschlägen gefertigt werden.

Im aktualisierten Design verfügt die Block-Tasche über einen abnehmbaren Lederriemen anstelle eines Ripsbandes und eine Lederinnentasche. Das aktuelle Design ist auf dem Produktfoto in den Farben Schwarz und Blau (Nr. 1-18) zu sehen.
