Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:
- Name: Essetia.com

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

The medium is so much bigger than I expected, its' practically a messenger bag, rather than a purse, but it's wonderful none the less.
I will say at this size you will likely need to get a purse organizer in order to get it to stand up on its own. My own was very floppy. However once I got a purse organizer it made it so much easier to carry, and of course kept everything and nice little pockets. I think the shop should consider possibly making some. The panel that I got for my pins was perfect in terms of rigidity and size and feel and I wouldn't have minded having to buy an extra insert if I could support this company even more.
It took a little while to arrive, but the shop was really good at communicating and helpful in figuring out where in transit the package was. I love the bag and can't wait to wear it out!
