Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:
- Name: Essetia.com
- Phone: +420 607 585 032
- Email: info@essetia.com
- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Der Unia Leder-Laptop-Rucksack verfügt über einen Reißverschluss und eine magnetische Klappenverschlus. Er hat einen praktischen oberen Griff und seitliche Metallknöpfe, die es Ihnen ermöglichen, das Volumen des Rucksacks anzupassen. Die Lederträger sind in der Länge verstellbar.
Der Unia-Rucksack hat ein Innenfutter aus natürlichem Stoff und zwei Innentaschen. Außerdem enthält er ein spezielles Fach für einen Laptop:
- In der Größe S — eine Tasche für einen Laptop mit einer Bildschirmdiagonale bis zu 13”;
- In der Größe M — eine Tasche für einen Laptop mit einer Bildschirmdiagonale bis zu 15”.
Auf der Rückseite befindet sich eine Innentasche, die mit einem Reißverschluss verschlossen wird.
Der Unia ist ein vielseitiger Rucksack für sowohl Männer als auch Frauen, geeignet für die Arbeit, Spaziergänge und Reisen.
Im aktualisierten Design verfügt der Unia-Rucksack über Leder-Schultergurte ohne Rep. Das aktuelle Design ist auf den Fotos des Produkts in den Farben Grau und Braun (Nr. 1-13) zu sehen.
