Return Instructions

1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).

2. Include a note with the following details:

your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.

3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app

4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"

5. Fill in the recipient details:

- No extra services needed in the final step.

6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.

Dandy bag is made of genuine classic leather. The main compartment is closed by the carabiner. Additionally, there are provided hidden extra clasps with buckles for secure fastening of the flap. There is a felt pocket inside, and a convenient handle on top. The belt is adjustable, and you can turn the bag into a backpack in a minute.

The bag is without a lining. It has a reinforced bottom for durability and protection from dirt and scratches.

In the updated design, the bag features a leather strap in the same color as the bag (photo No. 5).
