Return Instructions

1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).

2. Include a note with the following details:

your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.

3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app

4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"

5. Fill in the recipient details:

- No extra services needed in the final step.

6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.

That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

This laptop bag is made of high-quality Crazy Horse leather and has a lined interior. Thanks to the grab handles and a shoulder strap, you can wear it as a bag or a shoulder bag.

It has a spacious main compartment for your laptop and three zippered pockets to keep all of your essentials secure.

In the updated design, the 'Biz' bag is made without a tag and a vertical seam, and only with a leather shoulder strap in the color of the product (photo #5).
