Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:

- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Made of genuine leather, this iPad Pro sleeve features one main compartment and a zippered pocket. It is secured with metal zip. It is lined inside with synthetic felt. The front pocket can be used to store a charger, your phone, or small notepad.
The Maryland sleeve is made of Crazy Horse leather.
The updated design of the Maryland sleeve has an inner flap that will protect your device from contact with the metal zipper (photo #6).
To place an order, choose your tablet's screen size and add an order note with your device's exact dimensions or its model if you have an iPad.
If you use any additional accessories like protective cases, keyboards, please, measure the final dimensions including add-ons (width, height, thickness).

The iPad case is wonderful—just what I was looking for to up my appearance when I am entering into public events and speaking engagements. Nice thick leather, a soft but durable lining, and rugged zippers, handles, and seams. I think I will be using this case for a long, long time!
The shoulder strap for the iPad bag is high quality and beautifully matches the bag. It is very adjustable in length, so there are many options for how to use it. The shipping is understandably challenging and takes a while, coming from Ukraine, but that is stated clearly and I was never concerned that my objects would arrive. Customer service from INCARNE is excellent. Andreii is very responsive and willing to work out your order. Especially given all that they're dealing with in Ukraine, I'd say it's over and above my expectations!
