Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:
- Name: Essetia.com

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

How to get the correct belt size?
– We produce all belts in larger sizes so that you can shorten the belt in any studio or do it by yourself.
– There is also the possibility of an individual order. To do this, you need to measure the circumference of the place where you usually wear your belt. Please specify this size in the order note – and we will make a belt to your parameters.
For individual orders, we require full prepayment. Thanks for understanding!
