Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:
- Name: Essetia.com

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

La mochila de cuero Factor es un accesorio cómodo y práctico para hombres y mujeres que están siempre en movimiento. Fabricado en piel auténtica, lo que garantiza la resistencia y durabilidad del producto. Disponible en dos tallas: S y M.
Las correas ajustables para los hombros brindan comodidad durante el uso de la mochila. También hay un asa cómoda en la parte superior. En la parte delantera, la mochila tiene un bolsillo espacioso que se cierra con dos imanes ocultos.
El compartimento principal, sin forro, permite colocar fácilmente los objetos necesarios en su interior. Además, el diseño presenta un bolsillo interno especial para gadgets:
