Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

El bolso bandolera está hecho a mano con piel genuina de Crazy Horse. Tiene dimensiones compactas y forma redonda. Sin embargo, su espacio interior permite llevar elementos esenciales como llaves, una billetera pequeña, documentos, teléfono, cosméticos y más.
El compartimento interior está asegurado con una cremallera. Además, hay dos bolsillos: uno en la pared frontal externa de la bolsa y otro interior en la pared trasera. El modelo se complementa con una bandolera de piel extraíble, cuya longitud se puede ajustar mediante un tornillo de hebilla. Hay dos opciones de herrajes disponibles: Antiguo y Níquel (ver foto #8).
