Return Instructions

1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).

2. Include a note with the following details:

your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.

3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app

4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"

5. Fill in the recipient details:

- No extra services needed in the final step.

6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.

At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Este bolso transformador fue diseñado para usarse como mochila o bolso. Cuenta con un amplio compartimento que se cierra con cremallera y dos bolsillos exteriores. Completado con correas ajustables. Confeccionado en piel auténtica sin forro. Equipado con herrajes de níquel.

En el interior hay un bolsillo interior que se cierra con botones. Tiene dos compartimentos pequeños para un teléfono, una computadora portátil u otros artículos pequeños, y un compartimento más grande donde cabe la tableta.

El bolso-mochila está disponible en dos tallas: S y M.

En el diseño actualizado, Optimus presenta un logotipo INCARNE™ en relieve en el frente.
