Return Instructions

1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).

2. Include a note with the following details:

your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.

3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app

4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"

5. Fill in the recipient details:

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.

6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.

At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Le sac est en cuir véritable. Le "Block" dispose de suffisamment d'espace interne pour contenir tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une promenade ou un voyage. Un compartiment principal et une poche sont fournis. Se ferme avec une fermeture éclair.

À votre choix, le sac peut être réalisé avec du matériel Antique ou Nickel.

Dans le nouveau design, le sac Block est doté d'une bandoulière en cuir amovible au lieu d'un ruban adhésif et d'une poche intérieure en cuir. Le design actuel est présenté sur la photo du produit en noir et bleu (No1-18).
