Return Instructions

1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).

2. Include a note with the following details:

your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.

3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app

4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"

5. Fill in the recipient details:

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.

6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.

At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Le sac pour femme en cuir est un accessoire pratique qui complétera parfaitement n'importe quelle tenue. Il combine harmonieusement des éléments de style classique et moderne, ce qui en fait un choix polyvalent pour un usage quotidien.

Le sac est en véritable cuir Crazy Horse. Le compartiment principal n'a pas de doublure et est sécurisé par un rabat et des aimants cachés. À l'intérieur du sac, il y a une poche sur la paroi arrière et deux emplacements pour cartes. La bandoulière en cuir est réglable avec une boucle, ce qui permet de le porter aussi bien en bandoulière qu'en bandoulière.
