Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:
- Name: Essetia.com

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Sur votre préférence, le porte-clés peut être fabriqué avec des ferrures Nickel ou Antique (photo №5). Veuillez spécifier votre option de ferrures souhaitée dans les commentaires de commande.
