Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:
- Name: Essetia.com

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Le sac à dos en cuir Factor est un accessoire pratique et pratique pour les hommes et les femmes toujours en mouvement. Fabriqué à partir de cuir véritable, cela garantit la solidité et la durabilité du produit. Disponible en deux tailles : S et M.
Les bretelles réglables offrent un confort lors du port du sac à dos. Il y a également une poignée pratique sur le dessus. Sur la face avant, le sac à dos possède une poche spacieuse qui se ferme grâce à deux aimants cachés.
Le compartiment principal, sans doublure, permet de placer facilement les objets nécessaires à l'intérieur. De plus, la conception comporte une poche interne spéciale pour les gadgets :
- dans le sac à dos de taille S — une pochette pour une tablette avec une diagonale d'écran allant jusqu'à 12" ;
- dans le sac à dos de taille M — une poche pour un ordinateur portable de dimensions maximales de 35,9 x 24,8 x 1,8 cm (MacBook Pro 15" 2012-2015, MacBook Pro 16" 2019-2020, MacBook Pro 16" 2021-2023).
