Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.

That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Sac à bandoulière en cuir avec bandoulière New Harley — un accessoire tendance pour le quotidien et les occasions spéciales. Grâce à sa géométrie unique et sa texture naturelle distinctive, ce détail mode ne passera pas inaperçu.
Le sac à bandoulière est fabriqué à la main à partir de cuir véritable Crazy Horse. Il a des dimensions compactes et une forme ronde. Cependant, son espace intérieur permet de transporter des objets essentiels tels que des clés, un petit portefeuille, des documents, un téléphone, des cosmétiques, etc.
Le compartiment intérieur est sécurisé par une fermeture éclair. De plus, il y a deux poches : une sur la paroi avant externe du sac et une autre à l'intérieur sur la paroi arrière. Le modèle est complété par une bandoulière en cuir amovible, dont la longueur peut être ajustée à l'aide d'une vis à boucle. Deux options de quincaillerie sont disponibles : Antique et Nickel (voir photo #8).
