Return Instructions

1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).

2. Include a note with the following details:

your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.

3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app

4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"

5. Fill in the recipient details:

- Name: Essetia.com
- Phone: +420 607 585 032
- Email: info@essetia.com
- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.

6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.

At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Fabriqué à partir de cuir authentique, ce sac de messager est une option idéale pour les voyages, le bureau et l'école.

Il est complété par une poche zippée à l'arrière et possède une bandoulière réglable qui lui permet de s'adapter parfaitement à toutes les tailles.
