Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Le grand sac New Traveler en cuir est fermé par une fermeture éclair en métal. Equipé de deux poignées courtes et d'une bandoulière en cuir amovible. Il y a une grande poche zippée sur le devant et une petite poche à l'arrière. À votre choix, le sac peut être réalisé avec du matériel Nickel ou Antique (photo #7).
À l'intérieur, le sac dispose de deux poches en cuir dans lesquelles vous pouvez facilement ranger un ordinateur portable, des documents ou d'autres objets. Il y a également une poche intérieure supplémentaire pour les petits objets.
Le sac est sans doublure. Il possède un fond renforcé pour plus de durabilité et une protection contre la saleté et les rayures.
Dans le design mis à jour, le sac New Traveler est équipé d'une bandoulière en cuir au lieu d'une bandoulière en rep. Le design actuel du sac est montré sur la photo du produit dans les couleurs bordeaux et marron (photo #1-18).

die tasche hatte anfänglich einen stechenden chemischen geruch, der sehr unangenehm ist!! nach 2 tagen auslüften im freien ist der geruch etwas besser geworden, verschwindet aber nicht?
hätte ich die tasche nicht personalisiert, hätte ich diese zurückgeschickt!!
außerdem filz im inneren geht gar nicht (= staub- und schmutzfänger!!) wirkt auch sehr billig
der reißverschluß ist schwer zu schließen= hakt sehr stark

I ordered a leather briefcase with customization as a Christmas gift for my fiancé, and I’m very happy with my decision to purchase from INCARNE! The gray leather is a beautiful color, the briefcase is constructed with very high quality, and my fiancé is happy with the utility of the item (it’s big enough to fit 2 laptops, water bottle, notebook, chargers, etc.). Assistant Mykola was happy to add a custom luggage strap, and I really appreciate his flexibility with customization requests. Shipping took significantly longer than expected, but Mykola was very responsive so I still rate this 5 stars. If you’re ordering to the USA, make sure to place your order at least 1 month in advance to allow sufficient shipping time.
