Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:
- Name: Essetia.com
- Phone: +420 607 585 032
- Email: info@essetia.com
- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Beautiful leather desk Pad! The leather has just the right strength and slight signs of use can be easily rubbed away. I would have liked to have taken the desk Pad a little bigger if it had been possible!

It is very well made, and I would've liked it a lot. If I had realized that the colour Marsala meant purple...
On the website it looked brown-ish and since the pictures mentioned a congac colour that wasn't an option on the list. I assumed Marsala was the new name for that colour. Pretty sad it's purple, but it is kind of my own fault as I should've double checked with the seller.
Would've really liked it if it were brown.
