Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:
- Name: Essetia.com

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Le sac Bridge pour femme est fabriqué à la main en cuir véritable Crazy Horse. La poignée du sac a une longueur confortable qui vous permet de le porter à la fois sur l'épaule et à la main.
Le sac comporte un compartiment principal qui se ferme à l'aide de boutons magnétiques. A l'intérieur se trouvent 3 compartiments supplémentaires pour les cartes et une petite poche pour les petits objets. Une poche extérieure zippée se trouve à l'arrière du sac.
