Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:
- Name: Essetia.com

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Le sac à dos pour ordinateur portable en cuir Unia est doté d'une fermeture éclair et d'un rabat magnétique. Il possède une poignée supérieure pratique et des boutons métalliques latéraux permettant d'ajuster le volume du sac à dos. Les bretelles en cuir sont ajustables en longueur.
Le sac à dos Unia a une doublure en tissu naturel et deux poches intérieures. De plus, il comprend un compartiment spécial pour un ordinateur portable :
- Pour le sac à dos taille S — une poche pour un ordinateur portable avec un écran jusqu'à 13” de diagonale ;
- Pour le sac à dos taille M — une poche pour un ordinateur portable avec un écran jusqu'à 15” de diagonale.
Au dos, il y a une poche intérieure qui se ferme avec une fermeture éclair.
Le Unia est un sac à dos polyvalent pour hommes et femmes, adapté pour le travail, les promenades et les voyages.
Dans le design mis à jour, le sac à dos Unia est équipé de bretelles en cuir sans rep. Le design actuel est montré dans les photos du produit en couleurs gris et marron (n° 1-13).
