Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:
- Name: Essetia.com

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Le sac à dos Unia est fabriqué en cuir classique véritable. Il se ferme par une fermeture éclair et un rabat magnétique. Il y a une poignée pratique sur le dessus, et des boutons métalliques sur les côtés, permettant d'ajuster le volume du sac à dos. Les bretelles en cuir sont réglables en longueur. Le sac à dos est équipé de ferrures en nickel.
Le sac à dos Unia possède une doublure en tissu naturel et deux poches intérieures. De plus, il y a un compartiment spécial pour un ordinateur portable :
- Dans le sac à dos taille S — une poche pour un ordinateur portable avec un écran jusqu'à 13” ;
- Dans le sac à dos taille M — une poche pour un ordinateur portable avec un écran jusqu'à 15”.
Au dos, il y a une poche intérieure qui se ferme par une fermeture éclair.
Unia est un sac à dos polyvalent pour hommes et femmes, adapté au travail, aux promenades et aux voyages.
Dans le design mis à jour, le sac à dos Unia présente une doublure en tissu (photo n°5) et des bretelles en cuir sans rep (photo n°7).
