Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:
- Name: Essetia.com
- Phone: +420 607 585 032
- Email: info@essetia.com
- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Ce sac transformateur a été conçu pour être porté comme un sac à dos ou un sac. Il comporte un compartiment spacieux fermé par une fermeture éclair et deux poches extérieures. Complété par des bretelles réglables. Fabriqué en cuir véritable non doublé.
A l'intérieur, on retrouve une poche intérieure qui se ferme grâce à des boutons. Il dispose de deux petits compartiments pour un téléphone, un ordinateur portable ou d'autres petits objets, et d'un compartiment plus grand où pourra tenir la tablette.
Le sac-sac à dos est disponible en deux tailles : S et M. Vous pouvez choisir entre une quincaillerie Nickel ou Antique.
Le modèle mis à jour du sac Optimus a deux poignées sur le dessus. Le sac à dos en rouge est représenté avec une seule poignée, mais ce ne sont que des photos temporairement obsolètes.
Dans le design mis à jour, la face avant du sac comporte le logo INCARNE™ (comme illustré sur la photo n°1).

Il colore della pelle è ancora più bello di quello mostrato in foto. Non l'ho ancora utilizzato, ma sembra molto capace. Grazie
The leather was not the quality I expected for a leather bag. The straps placement doesn't work to hold bag on shoulders as you would a backpack. The d rings to attach shoulder straps not sturdy. Not completely disappointed and I will use the bag just expected a better quality of leather and stiffness to leather. After using bag I will update my review.

I love this bag it is versatile, the leather is softer than what I expected so comfortable to wear when using as a backpack. The pockets are perfectly positioned for your glasses or wallet or purse for easy access. I purchased this bag as a forever item and I can see that it is going to age well and be around for a long time. (Only hope I age as well as the bag!)
