Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Brit este o servietă de rucsac convertibilă: o poți purta ca geantă de corp sau rucsac. Geanta se inchide cu fermoar, iar partea superioara se deschide cu nasturi metalici care au doua pozitii diferite.
Există două buzunare în interior: unul pentru laptop sau tabletă, iar al doilea este pentru micile lucruri esențiale. Buzunarul frontal al genții este suficient de spațios pentru a încăpea un încărcător, un portofel mic, un telefon, o husă pentru ochelari și un mini notebook.

Works great as a laptop bag!
This bag is gorgeous. The leather is nice and thin, though still sturdy, making the bag lightweight.
I was unsure if my iPad would fit as it has a bulkier case, but contacted the seller before purchase to ask. He replied super quickly and confirmed the measurements! You can see it fits quite well in the bag. Would definitely shop here again, not just for the quality but especially to support 🇺🇦
I really want to give the bag 5 stars it’s such a great quality bag but the felt pockets are just so cheap and flimsy. When I put anything in the small pocket it falls out often.
