Return Instructions

1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).

2. Include a note with the following details:

your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.

3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app

4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"

5. Fill in the recipient details:

- No extra services needed in the final step.

6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.

That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Cum să obțineți dimensiunea corectă a centurii?

– Producem toate curelele în dimensiuni mai mari, astfel încât să puteți scurta cureaua în orice studio sau să o faceți singur.

– Există și posibilitatea unei comenzi individuale. Pentru a face acest lucru, trebuie să măsurați circumferința locului în care purtați de obicei centura. Vă rugăm să specificați această mărime în nota de comandă – iar noi vom face o centură conform parametrilor dumneavoastră.
