Return Instructions

1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).

2. Include a note with the following details:

your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.

3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app

4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"

5. Fill in the recipient details:

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.

6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.

At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Această geantă este confecționată din piele autentică Crazy Horse. Se inchide cu fermoar metalic si are fata si inapoi buzunare cu fermoar. Nu are căptușeală în interior. Echipat cu o curea reglabilă. Cureaua este conectată cu carabiniere, ușurând îndepărtarea sau atașarea rapidă a geanta.

În designul actualizat, geanta Couple are o curea din piele în aceeași culoare ca și geanta, care se atașează pe ambele părți (foto nr. 5).
