Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:
- Name: Essetia.com

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Confecționată frumos din piele naturală, geanta noastră din piele Beltee se fixează cu fermoar și oferă două buzunare cu fermoar pentru a vă păstra toate lucrurile esențiale în siguranță.
Cureaua de piele reglabilă cu carabinier facilitează scoaterea și încărcarea geanta.
Geanta poate fi realizata cu feronerie Nichel sau Antique.
Există două dimensiuni ale genții - S și M.
În designul actualizat, geanta are o curea din piele în aceeași culoare ca și geanta (foto nr. 5).
