Full Return Instructions

1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).

2. Include a note with the following details:

your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.

3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app

4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"

5. Fill in the recipient details:

6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.

At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.

Cum adaugi embosare la comanda ta?❤️

După adăugarea acestei liste la "Cart", pe pagina de finalizare a comenzii vei gasi camp „Adăugați o notă de comandă”. Vă rugăm să introduceți preferințele dvs. de personalizare în acest câmp.

Tradiţional ștanțare la cald de inițiale sau nume. Alegeți dintre patru fonturi diferite: Arial mic (doar litere mari A - 4 mm), Arial (A - 8 mm, a - 6 mm), Caveat (A - 10 mm, a - 6 mm) sau Courier Prime (numai litere mari A - 20 mm, A - 8 mm). Facem embosare cu o placă de metal și apăsați-o la temperaturi ridicate.

De asemenea, vă putem imprima în relief logoul companiei. Pentru a face asta, noi comanda un metal special farfurie pentru compania dvs. (de obicei durează 3-5 zile lucrătoare). Farfuria este reutilizabil astfel încât putem face sute de articole cu logo-ul dvs.

Vrei ceva special? Ordin folie embosare. Acest tip de personalizare se realizeaza in acelasi mod ca si clasica embosare, dar cu adaos de folie de argint sau aur. Pentru a comanda culoarea dorită, doar adăugați o notă la comandă.
