Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:
- Name: Essetia.com
- Phone: +420 607 585 032
- Email: info@essetia.com
- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Great communication, quality product and materials
These are absolutely wonderful!! The leather is soft but very sturdy, they’re well made, and it’s easy to change the connectors at the ends. They’re absolutely perfect for what I needed and the fit is just as described. Seller made the item and shipped promptly, but the actual shipping took longer than originally anticipated due to international shipping and customs. When I was unsure of the status with shipping I messaged the seller, who explained the delay and assured me that once they got through customs they would be here quickly, which is what happened. Great product and great seller.
I love the look of these suspenders! The leather feels really nice and I like that there aren’t any buckles. Very comfortable! The strap in the back is made of that stretchy nylon material so these suspenders accommodate movement but also keep everything where you want it. The interchangeable fasteners (three different types) are all of good quality and easy to use/change. Shipping was a lot faster than I expected (considering that these came all the way from the Ukraine!) and they were packaged very well! I highly recommend!
