Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Rucsacul pentru laptop Unia este confectionat din piele clasica naturala. Se inchide cu fermoar si clapa magnetica. Există un mâner convenabil deasupra și nasturi metalici pe laterale, permițându-vă să reglați volumul rucsacului. Curelele din piele sunt reglabile pe lungime. Rucsacul este realizat cu feronerie Nickel.
Rucsacul Unia are o căptușeală din material natural și două buzunare interioare. În plus, există un compartiment special pentru laptop:
- În rucsac de mărime S — un buzunar pentru un laptop cu diagonala ecranului de până la 13”;
- În rucsac de mărime M — un buzunar pentru un laptop cu diagonala ecranului de până la 15”.
Pe partea din spate există un buzunar interior care se închide cu fermoar.
Unia este un rucsac versatil atât pentru bărbați, cât și pentru femei, potrivit pentru muncă, plimbări și călătorii.
În designul actualizat, rucsacul Unia are căptușeală din material textil (foto #5) și curele de umăr din piele fără rep (foto #7).
