Return Instructions

1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).

2. Include a note with the following details:

your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.

3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app

4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"

5. Fill in the recipient details:

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.

6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.

At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

The bag is made of genuine leather. The Block has enough internal space to fit everything you need for a walk or a trip. One main compartment, one inner pocket, and one external pocket are provided. Closes with a zipper.

At your choice, the bag can be made with Antique or Nickel hardware.

In the updated design, the Block bag features a removable leather strap instead of a rep tape and a leather interior pocket. The current design is shown in the product photo in black and blue color (No1-18).
