Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:

- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.

The crossbody bag is handcrafted from genuine Crazy Horse leather. It has compact dimensions and a round shape. However, its interior space allows for carrying essential items such as keys, a small wallet, documents, a phone, cosmetics, and more.
The interior compartment is secured with a zipper. Additionally, there are two pockets: one on the external front wall of the bag and another inside on the back wall. The model is complemented by a removable leather shoulder strap, the length of which can be adjusted using a buckle screw. There are two hardware options available: Antique and Nickel (see photo #8).
