Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

The Bridge women's bag is handmade from Crazy Horse natural leather. The bag handle has a comfortable length that allows for carrying it on the shoulder or in hand.
It has one main compartment that closes with magnetic buttons. Inside, there are three additional compartments for cards and a small pocket for small items. It also has an external pocket with a zipper on the back of the bag.
It is perfect for everyday use, thanks to its stylish and concise design. Despite its small size, it is quite spacious.
