  1. Made-to-Order Items
    For items that require handcrafting, production typically takes up to 3 weeks. Once your product is complete, it will be shipped within 2 business days.

  2. Ready-to-Ship Bestsellers
    Some of our bestsellers are already prepared by our craftsmen and are ready to go! For these items, you can expect delivery within 2 business days after your order is placed.
