Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:
- Name: Essetia.com
- Phone: +420 607 585 032
- Email: info@essetia.com
- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Što je uključeno u poklon set?
#1 Unia ruksak
Unia kožni ruksak za prijenosno računalo ima patentni zatvarač i magnetsko zatvaranje. Ima praktičnu gornju ručku i bočne metalne gumbe koji vam omogućuju podešavanje volumena ruksaka. Kožne trake su podesive po duljini.
Ruksak Unia ima postavu od prirodnog materijala i dva unutarnja džepa. Dodatno, uključuje poseban pretinac za prijenosno računalo:
- U ruksaku veličine S — džep za prijenosno računalo s dijagonalom zaslona do 13”;
- U ruksaku veličine M — džep za laptop s dijagonalom ekrana do 15”.
Sa stražnje strane nalazi se unutarnji džep koji se zatvara patentnim zatvaračem.
Unia je svestrani ruksak za muškarce i žene, pogodan za rad, šetnju i putovanje.

Izrađena od prave kože Crazy Horse, ova torbica za šminku savršena je za vaše kozmetičke potrepštine. Kopira se patentnim zatvaračem i nema džepova. Upotpunjen ergonomskim remenom. Izrađena od nepostavljene kože.
