Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:
- Name: Essetia.com

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Kožni ruksak Factor zgodan je i praktičan dodatak za muškarce i žene koji su uvijek u pokretu. Izrađena od prave kože, koja osigurava čvrstoću i izdržljivost proizvoda. Dostupan u dvije veličine: S i M.
Podesive naramenice pružaju udobnost tijekom nošenja ruksaka. Na vrhu se nalazi i praktična ručka. Na prednjoj strani ruksak ima prostrani džep koji se zatvara pomoću dva skrivena magneta.
Glavni pretinac, bez podstave, omogućuje jednostavno stavljanje potrebnih stvari unutra. Dodatno, dizajn ima poseban unutarnji džep za gadgete:
- u S veličine ruksak — džep za tablet s dijagonalom ekrana do 12";
- u M-veličine ruksak — džep za prijenosno računalo maksimalnih dimenzija 35,9 x 24,8 x 1,8 cm (MacBook Pro 15" 2012-2015, MacBook Pro 16" 2019-2020, MacBook Pro 16" 2021-2023).
