Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

The iPad case is wonderful—just what I was looking for to up my appearance when I am entering into public events and speaking engagements. Nice thick leather, a soft but durable lining, and rugged zippers, handles, and seams. I think I will be using this case for a long, long time!
The shoulder strap for the iPad bag is high quality and beautifully matches the bag. It is very adjustable in length, so there are many options for how to use it. The shipping is understandably challenging and takes a while, coming from Ukraine, but that is stated clearly and I was never concerned that my objects would arrive. Customer service from INCARNE is excellent. Andreii is very responsive and willing to work out your order. Especially given all that they're dealing with in Ukraine, I'd say it's over and above my expectations!
