Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Updated Review: They sent me the wrong item which is why I thought it was smaller than expected. Shipping took FOREVER. Didn’t receive any shipping updates other than the label was made for weeks and didn’t receive it until over a week after the expected delivery window. The delivery window was also a huge window and it still didn’t get delivered in it. In the end just kept the wrong item because it was supposed to be a friends birthday gift so I just gave it to them over a month late. Item itself is okay quality see attached photo.
