Return Instructions
1. Pack your leather item in a box
(you can reuse the box we sent).
2. Include a note with the following details:
your name, phone number, email, and order number (find it in your email). This helps us quickly identify your return.
3. Download the Zasilkovna mobile app
4. In the app, select "Send Standard Parcel"
5. Fill in the recipient details:
- Name: Essetia.com

- Delivery location: Pickup point Pivovar Chric - podniková prodejna, Praha, Vratislavova 59/5, 12800
- No extra services needed in the final step.
6. Drop off the package at any Zasilkovna pickup point.
At the post office, just provide the shipment code from the app.
That's all. The label will be attached by the staff at the pickup point.

Plecak Unia jest wykonany z prawdziwej klasycznej skóry. Zamykany na zamek błyskawiczny i magnetyczną klapę. Na górze znajduje się wygodny uchwyt, a metalowe guziki po bokach pozwalają na regulację objętości plecaka. Skórzane paski są regulowane na długość. Plecak jest wyposażony w niklowane okucia.
Plecak Unia ma podszewkę wykonaną z naturalnej tkaniny i dwie wewnętrzne kieszenie. Dodatkowo, znajduje się specjalna przegroda na laptop:
- W plecaku w rozmiarze S — kieszeń na laptopa o przekątnej ekranu do 13";
- W plecaku w rozmiarze M — kieszeń na laptopa o przekątnej ekranu do 15".
Na tylnej stronie znajduje się wewnętrzna kieszeń zamykana na zamek błyskawiczny.
Unia to uniwersalny plecak dla mężczyzn i kobiet, odpowiedni do pracy, na spacery i podróże.
